1. Refund Policy for Ready-Made Floor Plans
- Digital Products: All ready-made floor plans are digital downloads. Once the floor plan is purchased and the file is downloaded, we cannot issue a refund. This is because digital products are considered delivered once downloaded, and they cannot be returned.
- Exceptions: If there is a technical issue or if you receive an incorrect file, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
2. Refund Policy for Custom Floor Plans
- Custom Design Services: Due to the nature of custom design services, we do not offer refunds once the project has been initiated. Our team invests significant time and resources into creating personalized plans based on your requirements.
- Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a custom floor plan project before the design process has started, a partial refund may be issued, less an administrative fee of 20% to cover initial consultation and planning.
- Design Revisions: We provide multiple opportunities for revisions during the design process to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. However, once the final design is approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Requests and Process
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund (where applicable), you must submit a request within 7 days of your purchase date for ready-made plans or project initiation for custom plans.
