Intellectual Property Rights The architectural floor plans provided by the Company are the exclusive property of the https://hospitalarchitects.in/ and are protected under intellectual property laws. The purchase of any plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plans to construct a single structure.

2. Licensing and Use a. Your purchase allows for the one-time use of the floor plans. b. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the floor plans without explicit written consent from the Company. c. Modifications to the plans must be done in compliance with all local building laws and regulations.

3. Purchase and Payment a. Full payment must be received by the Company prior to the release of any floor plans. b. All sales are final upon purchase unless otherwise specified. c. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Plan Accuracy and Compliance a. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that any construction complies with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. b. The Company is not responsible for the on-site application or modification of the plans once sold. c. Plans are provided "as is", with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to their usability or compliance with any code or building standard.

5. Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the use of our floor plans. The purchaser holds full responsibility for the use of the plans.

6. Refunds and Exchanges Due to the digital nature of the plans, refunds or exchanges are not offered after plans have been purchased and sent to the purchaser.

7. Revisions The Company reserves the right to revise and update these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of madhyapradesh India.
